Comma is an open banking bulk payment system. It handles the boring but important stuff - bills, salaries, and taxes. We get to market through bookkeepers and accountants by enabling payment services. This helps small and micro businesses who don't have access to corporate banking.
We've just raised a high profile seed round and we are experiencing the challenges and excitement of a growing team. We have a lot of demand for what we are providing and are inundated with product requirements and feedback from our engaging customer base.
What will you do:
As a Tech Sourcer, you will be working closely with the Talent team and Hiring Managers, improving our outbound capabilities and processes that will enable us to drive higher funnel conversion across the digital side of the business, covering Software Engineering, QA and Product, enhancing our candidate engagement and attraction.
You will gain exposure to the full hiring life cycle from collating and understanding role requirements through to building a well defined and efficient sourcing plan; utilising a broad spectrum of tools at your disposal, covering search criteria, Linkedin projects, boolean searches, additional channels to source and effectively engage with active and passive talent.
With expert support at hand you will have ownership of the top of the pipeline, providing a key avenue of talent as we look to scale. Engaging with the best professionals around, developing proactive market mapping and carving out innovative approaches. In this role you will get to collaborative with a range of exceptional stakeholders of varying levels, internal and external as you help shape the culture and the teams that make Comma so special.

- Self-motivated, with a resilient strong work ethic (the rest we can teach)
- Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with stakeholders at varying levels
- An interest in technology and the forever expanding digital world (e.g. active user of social media, active reader of digital tech news, etc.)
- Innovative thinker who isn't afraid of trial and error
- Ability to work in a small team environment and follow instructions effectively in a positive manner
- Previous sales/recruitment/customer-focused experience (desirable)
